As a Machine Operator at Snack Connection in Bergschenhoek, you are the key player in the production process of our nut snacks. You operate and monitor packaging machines to ensure everything runs smoothly and our products always meet the highest quality standards. You will work in a modern production environment where teamwork and efficiency are essential. Your tasks include:
- Operating and setting up packaging machines
- Performing quality checks on finished products
- Carrying out preventative maintenance and resolving minor faults independently
- Keeping your workspace clean and following hygiene rules
- Recording production data in the system
- Working together with colleagues to reach production goals You work full-time in a three-shift system from Monday to Friday. The shifts are: morning (06:00 – 14:45), afternoon (14:00 – 22:45), and night (22:00 – 06:45). Occasionally, you may work on Saturdays with extra pay.

Wat wij vragen
- Minimum of mbo (secondary vocational education) working and thinking level, preferably in technology or production
- At least 2 years of experience as a machine operator, production worker, or operator in the food industry
- Experience with setting up, operating, and maintaining packaging machines
- You speak and understand Dutch or English well
- You are precise, resilient to stress, and enjoy teamwork
- Willingness to work in a three-shift system
