As an assistant coordinator, you will contribute to the smooth operation of our modern warehouse in Amsterdam. What You Will Do:
- Monitor progress: you keep an eye on the daily operations and step in when necessary to ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Participate actively: you take part in tasks such as order picking, loading and unloading trailers, and processing goods.
- Guide colleagues: you provide clear instructions, motivate the team, and foster effective collaboration.
- Work with systems: you use logistics software to track processes and ensure a seamless handover between shifts.
- Ensure quality: you prioritize safety and accuracy in all aspects of the work process.

- Monthly salary between €2,757 and €3,447 gross (included shift allowance).

We are looking for a proactive and adaptable Assistant Coordinator with a strong logistics background and leadership skills.
- MBO-level education or equivalent work experience.
- Proven logistics experience, preferably in a coordinating role.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including nights.
- Proficient in Dutch and/or English communication.
- Familiarity with logistics processes and WMS systems.
