What you will do:
- Operate and monitor the production line and control systems.
- Monitor production, quality and safety and respond to process disruptions.
- Perform minor repairs and maintenance and work with maintenance technicians on more complex issues.
- Follow procedures and safety regulations and contribute ideas for process improvements.
- Support and train colleagues and new operators.
- Keep the workplace clean and safe and participate in the morning meeting.
- Contact technical specialists when problems cannot be solved independently.

You bring the following:
- Demonstrable technical skills;
- At least an MBO level 3 diploma in a technical field or equivalent;
- You can work in 5-shift system (33,6 hours a week);
- A strong motivation to further develop your technical knowledge and skills;
- Flexibility and a willingness to work in a continuous production environment and shift system;
- Good technical and analytical skills;
- A strong sense of responsibility and the ability to take initiative when necessary;
- Strong communication skills and a results-oriented mindset;

- A good command of the English language and if you speak some Dutch that would be a big plus.
You will work at a production facility in Cuijk or Heijen, where various types of paper are recycled, manufactured and processed for customers in the Netherlands and abroad. Within the converting department, a wide range of paper products is produced, including napkins, paper towels and toilet paper. Another factory within the organization produces incontinence products and wet wipes. Depending on your experience, you will start at the location that best matches your background.
The organization will determine which factory you will start in.The products are supplied to, among others, major fast-food chains, hospitals and amusement parks and are well known under the TORK brand.Safety is a top priority within the organization. The work location is easily accessible with your own transport from cities such as Nijmegen, Venray or Boxmeer and even from the German border area such as Kleve and Goch
