You act as the central point of contact for both clients and internal stakeholders. You build long-term relationships with clients across different international markets and handle complex client cases and operational processes with a sense of ownership. In addition, you collaborate closely with various teams within the organization, support and coach colleagues, and contribute to a high-performance culture. You also continuously deepen your knowledge of financial products, markets, and platforms.

What we ask

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Finance, Business, or a related field;
• Native French speaker with excellent communication skills;
• High level of English proficiency;
• Extensive experience in a client-facing role;
• Strong investment and financial markets knowledge. A solid finance background is essential for this role;
• AMF certification (or willingness and ability to obtain it quickly);
• A proactive team player who excels at managing key stakeholder relationships and aligning cross-functional teams.
