Production worker

Functieomschrijving:
As a production worker, you support the daily production process at different workstations. You make sure materials are ready, products are checked and the line stays clean and organised. Because you work with food products, accuracy and hygiene are important throughout every shift. In general, your tasks are:

• Preparing ingredients, materials and workstations for production.
• Supporting product changes so the line can continue smoothly.
• Checking products and reporting anything that does not meet the standard.
• Packing, sorting and preparing finished products for the next step.
• Cleaning machines, tools and work areas according to hygiene rules.
• Helping with small adjustments or basic issues on the production line.
• Following recipes, work instructions and food safety procedures.
• Supporting colleagues at other workstations when extra help is needed.

Functievereisten:
This role suits someone who already knows what it is like to work in production and who can keep up in a structured food environment. You do not need to be highly technical, but you must work carefully, follow instructions and take hygiene seriously. You match this role if you have:

• Experience in a production environment.
• Willingness to work in a 3-shift schedule.
• Able to work accurately and follow hygiene and food safety rules.
• Good command of English and/or Dutch.
• Team-minded attitude and willingness to support colleagues.
• Own transport, because the location is difficult to reach by public transport.
• Experience in food production is a plus.
