Wat je gaat doen As an aspiring operator scent at International Flavors & Fragrances (IFF) in Tilburg, you will play a key role in creating high-quality fragrance components used worldwide in products such as detergents, cosmetics, and perfumes.

Your daily tasks combine precise weighing, process monitoring, and quality control:

• Working strictly according to recipes, you use a mobile weighing station to accurately weigh ingredients—sometimes up to 30 different components per batch.
• After weighing, you expertly blend the ingredients to properly prepare the fragrance materials for the next steps in the production process.
• You closely watch the machines and installations, intervening when necessary to ensure the production process runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently at all times.
• You continuously inspect products and processes according to strict quality standards.
• You ensure a safe, organized, and clean work area, strictly adhering to all safety and environmental regulations.

Working hours 5 shift schedule

• Early shift: 07:00 – 15:00
• Late shift: 15:00 – 23:00
• Night shift: 23:00 – 07:00

Wat we je bieden

• A hourly wage of €21,11 supplemented by a generous 30% shift allowance paid over all hours worked (bringing total earnings to €3,900+ gross per month).
• 25 vacation days, 8% holiday allowance, 13 ADV days, and a 13th-month payment (managed via a flexible budget).
• Travel allowance: €0.21 per kilometer.
• A realistic opportunity to be hired directly by IFF in the future.
• Work at IFF’s largest production site in a clean and international setting at the Kraaiven industrial estate in Tilburg.

Functie-eisen

• Good command of Dutch and/or English (minimum B2 level).
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience as a production worker or operator.
• Detail-oriented mindset and physically able to lift up to 25 kg.
• Full availability to work in a 5-shift schedule.
• Comfortable working with fragrances and chemical substances.
