• Preparing: ensuring metal surfaces are ready according to the required quality standards
• Operating: handling the blasting equipment with precision to maintain a smooth production flow
• Applying: using schoopeering techniques to protect products from wear and corrosion
• Inspecting: conducting quality checks to meet customer expectations
• Collaborating: contributing to a safe, efficient, and professional work environment with your team

• Experience in metal preservation and grit-/corundum blasting
• Knowledge of schoopering techniques is a plus
• Proficiency in Dutch and/or English
• Willingness to work in 2 shifts
• Experience with overhead cranes is an advantage
