Support travel agencies as a Travel Support Specialist in Amsterdam
As a Fulltime Travel Support Specialist, you will assist travel agencies by phone with a variety of questions about bookings, flights, baggage and other travel-related matters. You are someone who enjoys helping others, stays calm under pressure and knows how to quickly find the right solution. With your clear communication and service-oriented approach, you make sure every travel agency receives the support they need.
A dynamic role within the aviation industry
You will join an international team in Amsterdam-West, where no day is the same. You will receive extensive training to help you become confident in the role and learn everything you need to know about the systems and services. After the training, there is also the possibility to work partly from home.
What you bring
You have a customer-focused mindset and enjoy speaking with people. You communicate fluently in both Spanish and English and are comfortable working in an international environment. Experience in customer service is a plus, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are just as important.
