At the Nordic Customer Experience department you assist Swedish or Norwegian-speaking passengers over the phone. You handle luggage inquiries and seat bookings, while resolving delay or cancellation issues. You listen attentively and deliver immediate solutions in your native language.

You will work at KLM's customer service headquarters in Amsterdam-West. You'll join an international, quality-focused team dedicated to serving Nordic markets. To prepare you, a full-time, 8-week paid training program starts on Monday, November 2nd or 23rd.
You bring Nordic language fluency, empathy, and a calm voice.
You are an enthusiastic communicator fluent in Norwegian or Swedish, alongside English. You stay calm and empathetic when passengers encounter flight disruptions. You seek a stable, long-term career and excel at turning stressful travel situations into positive outcomes.
This full-time role requires 32 to 40 hours per week. Given the broad operating hours (Monday to Sunday, 07:00 AM - 10:00 PM), flexibility in your weekly schedule is essential.

- You speak Norwegian, Swedish, and English (this is a must);
- Minimum of a completed MBO level 4 diploma (or equivalent vocational degree);

- Flexible availability from Monday to Sunday (between 07:00 AM and 10:00 PM);
- A highly customer-focused, empathetic, and solution-oriented mindset;
- A healthy dose of positivity, patience, and genuine enthusiasm when interacting with travelers.
