You will resolve travel issues with empathy!

In this fulltime position at the Callcenter of KLM in Amsterdam you will serve as the direct link between the airline and its global travelers. You assist passengers with seat upgrades, delayed baggage, or flight cancellations while actively listening to their needs. Your main goal is to deliver quick, empathetic solutions over the phone so every customer enjoys a smooth travel experience.

You will join a world-renowned aviation brand in Amsterdam where quality and international teamwork come first. To set you up for long-term success, you will start on November 2nd or 23rd with an 8-week paid training program. After completing your training, you will work alongside a supportive, multicultural team with options for partial remote work.

You have fluent Nordic and English language skills and a calm mindset!

You are a patient, customer-minded communicator who speaks fluent Norwegian, Swedish, and English. You stay calm during challenging situations and take pride in turning travel disruptions into positive outcomes. You are eager to work 32 to 40 hours per week across flexible shifts from Monday to Sunday (07:00 AM to 10:00 PM).

Wat wij vragen

• At least an MBO level 4 diploma (or equivalent vocational degree);
• Fluency in Norwegian, Swedish, and English (hard requirement);
• Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality environment;
• Flexibility to work shifts between 07:00 AM and 10:00 PM from Monday to Sunday;
• Availability to start the 8-week full-time training on November 2nd or 23rd;
• You get energy from helping people and are solution-oriented!
