Food Machine Operator - Cheese Production in Lopik

Are you experienced in food production and passionate about process optimization? As a Food Machine Operator in Lopik, you will be hands-on with the technical side of cheese production. Your main focus will be operating and controlling advanced production lines to ensure product quality and safety every day. You will set and monitor process parameters like temperature, pressure, and mixing times, ensuring the right recipe every time. If you have experience with multi vacuum machines, that's a plus-these are used for making cheese rolls.

A typical day means working with a close team, operating both automated and semi-automated systems. You'll keep an eye on critical control points (HACCP), troubleshoot technical issues, and perform in-process quality checks. You'll also coordinate with technical services when complex repairs are needed and help less experienced colleagues learn the ropes. Your work helps ensure that our cheese products meet the highest standards for food safety and taste. For this position, you need to understand and communicate in simple English at work. Language skills at A2-B1 (pre-intermediate) level are required.

• At least 1 year of experience as a process operator in the food industry (dairy or cheese preferred)
• MBO level 3 or 4 diploma in Process/Food Technology or a related field
• Knowledge of automation, process control, and food safety standards (HACCP)
• Able to troubleshoot technical or process issues
• Comfortable working in shift operations Basic language skills are sufficient for this position - understanding simple instructions and the ability to communicate at work.
