Customer Service Representative

Wat je gaat doen As a Customer Service Representative, you are an important link between IFF and its internal and external customers. You ensure that customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently and that customers receive excellent service throughout the entire process.You will work closely with colleagues from different departments, customers, and external logistics partners. In addition to your daily responsibilities, you will have the opportunity to contribute to process improvements and international projects.

• A gross monthly salary between €4,500 and €6,000, depending on experience;
• A temporary contract with the possibility of a permanent position;
• A working week of 32 to 40 hours;

Functie-eisen We are looking for a proactive and experienced professional who enjoys working in a dynamic, international environment.You have:

• A completed Bachelor’s degree;
• At least 3 years of experience in Customer Service and/or Supply Chain;
• Experience working with ERP systems, preferably SAP OTC/Logistics;
• A strong understanding of business and operational processes;
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
• A collaborative and proactive mindset;
• The ability to work effectively in a fast-changing environment;
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, or similar continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
