Functieomschrijving:
As a logistics operator, you work at the point where production and logistics come together. One moment you prepare orders for shipment, the next you support the process by checking products, moving materials or adjusting a machine. The work is active, structured and important, because every order must leave correctly and on time. In general, your tasks are:

• Repacking products and preparing customer orders for shipment.
• Collecting products and making sure they are ready for the next process step.
• Setting up, operating and adjusting machines during production.
• Changing over machines when switching products, orders or packaging.
• Checking labels, packaging, quantities, weights and product quality.
• Registering products, order details and production checks in the system.
• Loading and unloading trucks with the forklift.
• Moving products with a pump truck, forklift and preferably also a reach truck.
• Reporting deviations and working according to HACCP, hygiene and safety rules.

Functievereisten:
You do not need to come from this exact product environment. What matters is that you have operator experience, can handle practical logistics work and understand how important accuracy is in food production. You match this role if you have:

• Experience as an operator, logistics operator or machine operator.
• Experience with setting up, adjusting or changing over machines.
• Experience with repacking, order preparation or internal transport.
• Able to drive a forklift.
• Reach truck experience or a reach truck certificate is a strong plus.
• Good command of English.
• Willingness to work in a 2-shift schedule.
• Accurate working style and attention to hygiene, safety and product quality.
