You coordinate the daily tasks and create an inviting presentation that draws people in.

You manage everything from incoming deliveries to product quality. Together with the Operations Manager, you brainstorm fresh ideas to enhance the customer journey. You thrive in a fast-paced setting and happily work on the floor alongside your crew two weekends a month.

You are an energetic coach who loves to see colleagues succeed and grow.

You bring out the best in people. With your commercial insight, you motivate the staff to hit sales targets while keeping the vibe positive. You are a hands-on leader who always leads by example.

• A background in managing teams within retail, food, or hospitality;
