Production Worker – Flex Pool | Mauser Oosterhout

Wat je gaat doen As a production worker, you will be responsible for finishing plastic drums and ensuring that the finished products meet the required quality standards. You will work together with your colleagues to keep the production process running smoothly and safely.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Finishing: tightening caps and lids on plastic drums to ensure they are securely sealed.
• Inspecting: performing quality checks to ensure all products meet the required standards.
• Stacking: moving and stacking drums using provided tools and equipment.
• Maintaining: supporting a clean and safe workspace through regular tidying and cleaning tasks.
• Adapting: working in rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, night) based on a fixed schedule.

We are looking for a proactive and physically fit team player who thrives in a dynamic production environment.

• Physically fit and comfortable with a fast-paced work tempo
• Available for rotating shifts on a weekly schedule
• Capable of independently commuting to Mauser in Oosterhout
• Proficient in Dutch and/or English at a minimum B1 level
• Experience in a production environment is a plus
