Warehouse operator 3 shifts

Wat je gaat doen As a warehouse operator at IFF, you will contribute to the smooth operation of our logistics processes at the Scent production site in Tilburg. Your role combines physical tasks with administrative precision, ensuring that raw materials are accurately prepared and delivered to both internal production departments and external clients. Working in a 3-shift system, you will use modern tools like RF scanners and SAP, as well as operate forklifts, reach trucks, or combitrucks to maintain efficiency and safety. Your attention to detail, commitment to quality, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will make a difference in our innovative and sustainable operations.
What You Will Do:

• Prepare: accurately weigh and process raw materials, including powders and liquids, for production.
• Deliver: ensure timely and correct delivery of raw materials to internal production lines and external clients.
• Manage: replenish and oversee raw material inventories to maintain stock levels.
• Inspect: scan and check products against quality standards to ensure compliance.
• Operate: perform various warehouse tasks using forklifts, reach trucks, or combitrucks in a safe and efficient manner.

• A gross monthly salary of approximately €3,600, including shift allowance
• Temporary contract with the prospect of a permanent position
• Full-time role in a 3-shift system
• 13 additional leave days (ADV) and a 13th month, included in a flexible benefits budget
• Travel allowance

Functie-eisen

We are looking for an accurate and motivated warehouse employee with logistics experience.

• Full-time availability in a 3-shift system.
• In possession of a valid reach truck / forklift certificate.
• Good command of Dutch or English, both spoken and written.
• Physically fit; able to lift bags weighing up to 23 kg.
• Combitruck certificate is preferred.
