Are you a decisive leader with a passion for quality? As a Full-Time Store Manager in Amsterdam, you'll join a company where quality and a love for cheese go hand in hand. The company works closely with local farmers to share its passion for high-quality Gouda cheese with customers from all over the world. You'll become part of a welcoming, international team where quality always comes first.

As Store Manager, you'll lead and coach an international team in the heart of Amsterdam. You'll motivate your colleagues, support their development and help them get the best out of themselves. Alongside leading the team, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the store. This includes coordinating deliveries, monitoring product quality and ensuring the store always looks inviting and well-presented.

Commercial insight and development

You have a strong commercial mindset and enjoy coming up with new ways to increase sales and improve the customer experience. Together with the Operations Manager, you'll continuously look for ways to improve the store and its processes. You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and aren't afraid to get hands-on when needed. As the store is also busy at weekends, you'll work on the shop floor two weekends per month, leading by example and working alongside your team.

What we ask

• At least MBO level 4 working and thinking level or equivalent;
• Previous management experience in retail, hospitality or the food industry;
• A strong commercial mindset and excellent coaching skills;
• You live in Amsterdam or the surrounding area;
• You are available to work 40 hours per week;
• You have a valid work permit.
