Do you keep logistics running smoothly and switch easily between customers, administration and the work floor? JOBWELL B.V. Is looking for a full-time Logistics Office Coordinator for a client in Rotterdam Botlek.
You combine logistics, administration, customer contact and operational support in a practical port environment. You will start on a temporary agency contract through JOBWELL B.V., with the prospect of long-term work and, subject to good performance, a permanent contract with the client.

Our client is a specialised logistics service provider in the Port of Rotterdam. Its activities include container, transport and shipping logistics, including flexitanks, liner bags, container operations, storage and specialist work involving liquid products.
You will work in a practical environment where quality, service and teamwork are important.
Over de functie
You are the link between customers, the office and the operational team. You process orders and administrative data, prepare work and coordinate logistics movements.
When several assignments are running at the same time, you keep the overview and coordinate closely with customers and colleagues. This is not solely a desk-based role: where required, you also support operational activities, including forklift work.
Wat vragen wij van jou
You are available full-time, work accurately and take responsibility for your work. You communicate clearly, set priorities independently and feel at home in a dynamic logistics environment.
- You hold a valid forklift certificate.
- You work independently, practically and proactively.
- Experience in logistics, transport or the Port of Rotterdam is an advantage.
- You are looking for a role with long-term prospects.
- If you are Polish, you need a BSN and residence in the Netherlands.
Wat bieden wij jou
You will work 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, on a temporary agency contract through JOBWELL B.V.
Your gross monthly salary will be between €2,900 and €3,500 based on 40 hours, depending on your knowledge and experience.
You will have a varied role with responsibility across logistics, administration, customer contact and operations. The client is looking for employees for the long term and invests in its people. Good performance can lead to a permanent contract with the client.
