Warehouse worker

Wat ga je precies doen As a warehouse worker, you will contribute to a smooth-running warehouse operation within our logistics department in Bladel. Your responsibilities will be varied, ranging from processing incoming goods to preparing orders for shipment. You will work as part of a small, close-knit team and have the opportunity to further develop your skills, for example in the areas of Lean and 5S. With your motivation and flexibility, you will help ensure that everything runs smoothly. What you will do:

• Incoming goods: Check, register, and store incoming products in the correct locations.
• Order picking: Collect parts and products based on customer orders.
• Preparing shipments: Pack orders and prepare them for transportation.
• Forklift operations: Load and unload carriers and place goods in the correct locations.
• Support: Contribute to a safe, clean, and organised working environment in accordance with Lean principles.

• A gross monthly salary between €3,000 and €3,300.
• A temporary contract with the possibility of a permanent position.
• A full-time position of 40 hours per week.
• Fully paid forklift training if required.
• Fixed daytime working hours between 08:00 and 16:30.
• Free parking directly at the premises.

Functie-eisen We are looking for a motivated and flexible warehouse worker with relevant experience and a strong team-oriented mindset.

• mbo Level 4 qualification in Transport & Logistics, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with warehouse operations and forklift use.
• A valid forklift certificate or willingness to obtain one.
• An interest in Lean, 5S, and process optimisation.
• Good command of the English language.
