With B2B representing its largest customer segment, this role offers a unique opportunity to establish and lead the central B2B marketing function.
Your role as Marketing Manager
As Marketing Manager, you have the unique opportunity to build a robust B2B marketing framework and an importer enablement model from the ground up. You will be the strategic driving force behind equipping international and local teams, leasing companies, and importers, providing them with the right tools, playbooks, and marketing toolkits to accelerate sales.
You will work closely with the European marketing team and local market leaders, reporting directly to the Country Marketing Lead. Your responsibilities are broad: you will develop and implement the pan-European B2B marketing strategy and create scalable marketing toolkits for fleet teams and business partners. Additionally, you will support local teams in localizing campaigns and coordinate B2B events, including all related presentations and materials.

What we offer- A competitive monthly salary between €5,000 and €6,500 gross , depending on experience;

- Bachelor's degree (HBO level) or equivalent working and thinking level;
- At least 10 years of experience in B2B marketing within the automotive industry (OEM, importer, or leasing company);
- Strong knowledge of B2B customer journeys and the European operational leasing market;
- Proven experience developing marketing strategies, toolkits, and playbooks;
- Excellent Microsoft 365 skills (particularly PowerPoint and Excel) and strong presentation skills;
- Fluent in English; additional European languages are considered an advantage.
