As a production worker metal, you will contribute to crafting high-quality counterweights for mobile cranes. Your role involves working with precision and attention to detail to ensure every product meets our quality standards. Using modern tools and techniques, you’ll be part of a close-knit team that values craftsmanship, teamwork, and safety.

What You Will Do:

• Grinding and sanding: finishing castings using 230 grinding discs and chipping hammers.
• Removing imperfections: ensuring a smooth and clean finish on all products.
• Quality control: inspecting the finish and quality of castings to meet our standards.
• Working with tools: operating grinders, sanders, and chipping hammers efficiently.
• Safety and cleanliness: maintaining a safe and organized workspace.

• Monthly salary between €2.866 and €3.195 gross.

• Experience with grinding, sanding, or similar tasks preferred.
• Proficient in operating an overhead crane is a plus.
• Skilled in using tools and working independently.
• Physically fit and motivated to perform hard work.
• Fluent in Dutch or English, spoken and written.
