For the New Product Introduction (NPI) department in Eindhoven, we are looking for a technically skilled fulltime Team Leader. You will focus on introducing new products into the production process, involving production runs of up to approximately 1,000 units. You will work closely with engineers and designers to successfully implement these products. You will coordinate the introduction process, monitor quality and planning, and ensure that everything is ready for production. In this role, you will provide daily leadership within the production environment. You will coach and manage employees in a technical setting. In addition, you will be responsible for implementing structural improvements through the PDCA methodology (Plan-Do-Check-Act). Your expertise and dedication are essential in turning the technology of tomorrow into reality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading the NPI team within the production environment;
- Coordinating the introduction of new products;
- Working closely with engineering and design teams;
- Monitoring quality, planning, and production readiness;
- Driving continuous improvement according to the PDCA methodology;
- Managing and coaching employees in a technical production environment.
You will work in a two-shift system in Eindhoven. One week you will work from 06:00 AM to 02:15 PM, and the following week from 02:15 PM to 11:15 PM. In addition to your salary, you will always receive a 14.4% shift allowance.
