Temporary position for August and September
The Freight Forwarding department at DSV in Venlo is expecting a busy period in August and September. As a Transport Planner, you will support the team in ensuring that the daily transport operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Planning and organizing transportation;
- Following up on and monitoring shipments;
- Monitoring the progress of ongoing transports;
- Processing and maintaining data in various systems;
- Communicating with colleagues and other relevant parties when necessary.
You will work independently for the most part, while also being part of a committed and supportive team where good communication and collaboration are essential.
Waar ga je werken?You will work at DSV, an international logistics service provider, at the Freight Forwarding department within Transport Logistics in Venlo. You will join a professional and dynamic working environment where every day is different.
Wie ben je?- You are available for at least 32 hours per week, with a preference for 40 hours;
- You are available throughout August and September;
- You have no planned holidays during this period;
- You have good knowledge of MS Office;
- You have a good command of the English language;
- Experience in logistics and/or transport planning is preferred.
- A gross hourly wage of €17.31;
- A temporary position for August and September;
- A minimum of 32 hours per week, with a preference for 40 hours;
- A workplace in Venlo;
