As a productionworker / forklift driver at ROCKWOOL, you will contribute to the efficient operation of our production processes in Roermond. This role combines forklift operations with hands-on production tasks, ensuring a smooth workflow in a dynamic and supportive environment. Flexibility is key, as you’ll work in rotating shifts while maintaining a clean and safe workspace. Your proactive attitude and teamwork will help us deliver sustainable solutions to our clients.
What You Will Do:
- Forklift operations: loading, unloading, and moving materials efficiently within the production area.
- Production support: assisting with machine operations, packing, and other tasks to ensure a steady workflow.
- Workplace maintenance: keeping your work area clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Team collaboration: participating in briefings and ensuring smooth handovers with colleagues.
- Flexible scheduling: working in 5-shift rotations or aligning your availability with the planning team.

- Hourly salary of €16.33 plus shift allowances up to 57%.
- Temporary contract with the prospect of a permanent position.
- Flexible hours: 24 to 40 hours per week, 8 hours daily.

- Valid forklift certificate or willingness to obtain one
- Physically fit and comfortable in an active work setting
- Available for rotating shifts and flexible working hours
- Proficient in Dutch; English or German is a plus
- Available 8 hours a day, 24 hours per week
