Powder coater day shift

Wat je gaat doen

Imagine this: You start your workday together with your colleagues and make sure metal products receive a high-quality finish. Thanks to your attention to detail, products leave the production facility in perfect condition. Experience in powder coating is not required: experienced colleagues will teach you the process step by step.As a powder coating production employee, you are responsible for the final finishing of metal products. Your tasks include:

• Hanging metal products on the powder coating line;
• Removing coated products from the production line;
• Checking products for quality and possible damage;
• Cleaning products, light sanding and performing minor finishing tasks;
• Reporting deviations or quality issues to your supervisor;
• Keeping your workplace clean, organized and safe.

You will work 40 hours per week during the day shift from 07:30 AM to 04:30 PM. This gives you fixed working hours and ensures you are home on time every evening.

Wat we je bieden

• A gross hourly wage starting from €15.02;
• A working week of 24 to 40 hours during the day shift from 07:30 AM to 04:30 PM;
• 25 vacation days based on full-time employment;

Over het bedrijf You will work at a stable metalworking company in Varsseveld. The organization produces and finishes metal products for customers in various industries. You will work with modern machines in a clean and safe working environment.Experienced colleagues will take the time to train you properly and teach you the work step by step. The team has an informal and friendly atmosphere where cooperation and helping each other are important. In addition, you will have plenty of opportunities to learn new skills and grow within production.
