As an operator, you work on manual production and packaging lines within a pharmaceutical environment. You follow clear work instructions, inspect the product, and ensure that every step is carried out neatly and in compliance with regulations. Your duties generally include the following:

• Performing manual production and packaging tasks.
• Monitoring quality during the production process.
• Accurately completing batch records, logbooks, and other GMP documentation.
• Identifying and reporting deviations.
• Supporting discussions between Quality and Production to resolve issues.
• Carrying out start-up, shutdown, and cleaning activities.
• Working safely, accurately, and according to established procedures.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and controlled workspace.
