Packaging operator

Functieomschrijving:
As a packaging operator, you work on manual production and packaging lines in a pharmaceutical environment. You follow clear work instructions, check product quality and make sure every task is completed according to the rules. In general, your tasks are:

• Carrying out manual production and packaging activities.
• Checking product quality during the production process.
• Completing batch records, logbooks and other GMP documentation.
• Identifying and reporting deviations.
• Supporting short meetings between quality and production.
• Performing start-up, close-down and cleaning activities.
• Working according to fixed work instructions and safety rules.
• Keeping your workplace clean and organised.

Functievereisten:
This role is a good fit for someone who works accurately and feels comfortable in a department with clear rules. You do not need to know everything yet, but reliability, quality awareness and teamwork are important. You match this role if you have:

• Experience in a production or packaging environment.
• Able to work accurately according to work instructions and procedures.
• Attention to quality, safety and hygiene.
• Willingness to carry out repetitive tasks carefully.
• Reliable attitude and a team-minded way of working.
• Good command of English.
• Willingness to work in 2 and 3 shifts.
• Experience in a GMP environment is a plus.
