What will you do:
- Preparation: Gather and prepare raw materials and supplies (possibly using a forklift), take over responsibilities from the previous shift, and participate in the daily production meeting.
- Machine Operation: Set up and operate various machines, including process mixers and packaging equipment in a cleanroom environment. You will wear a fully enclosed white cleanroom suit and hairnet; jewelry is not permitted.
- Monitoring: Monitor critical production parameters to ensure quality and efficiency and make minor adjustments when necessary.
- Quality Control: Conduct visual inspections, collect and submit samples, and identify and report deviations in a timely manner.
- Cleaning: Maintain equipment, machinery, and production areas in accordance with hygiene and food safety standards, particularly after each batch in the cleanroom.
- Administration: Complete production-related documentation to ensure accurate and accessible records, and report and analyze process data.
- Competitive gross salary of €4,125 to €4,375 per 4-week period, including shift allowance (paid 13 times per year instead of 12).
- Permanent full-time contract.

- Affinity with technology or a technical education; experience in a food or chemical production environment is a plus, but not required—we are happy to train motivated candidates.
- Good command of Dutch and/or English, both spoken and written. English is the main language on the work floor, including daily meetings. You do not need to be fluent, but you should be able to understand and communicate effectively in English.
- Knowledge of hygiene protocols and production standards; cleanroom experience is an advantage.
- Willingness to work in protective cleanroom clothing during packaging activities.
- Technical skills to identify minor malfunctions and perform basic repairs independently.
- Ability to work accurately and carry out quality control and sorting tasks when required.
- A forklift certificate is an advantage but not mandatory.
- A valid driver's license and personal transportation are required, as the location is difficult to reach by public transport.
