Working closely with suppliers, internal departments and the Cost Management Team, you'll ensure cost data remains accurate, reliable and up to date.
What you will do:
Cost Data Management
- Manage and maintain cost price information within the Nissan Europe Parts System (NEPS)
- Resolve missing or incomplete cost data that affects pricing processes
- Process urgent requests for new or updated cost prices
- Validate and monitor existing cost information
- Determine temporary cost prices using historical data and benchmarking
- Process new supplier purchase and transfer prices
- Verify supplier invoices against agreed pricing
- Identify and investigate pricing discrepancies
- Communicate with suppliers regarding cost-related questions
- Analyse unusual cost increases and pricing deviations
- Monitor monthly cost developments
- Identify parts that may be sold below cost
- Prepare impact analyses for pricing changes
- Produce reports for management and internal stakeholders
- Support annual cost reviews
- Perform quality checks on cost data
- Document procedures and work instructions
- Assist with ad hoc analyses and improvement projects

You:
- Have HBO working and thinking level, preferably in Finance, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or a related field
- Have at least 2 years of experience in an analytical, financial or operational position
- Have strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Have experience with ERP systems, data analysis or cost management (preferred)
- Speak and write English fluently
- Work accurately and have strong analytical skills
- Are proactive and enjoy solving complex problems
- Communicate confidently with both internal stakeholders and suppliers
