We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our Finished Vehicle Logistics team. Based at our European headquarters in Amsterdam, you will play a vital role in building, scaling, and developing logistics operations across all our European markets. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams and requires strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Manage and optimize end-to-end vehicle logistics flows.

In this vital role, you will manage end-to-end inbound and outbound logistics flows across various markets and compounds. You will coordinate closely with carriers and stakeholders to ensure smooth, timely execution and serve as the primary point of contact to resolve operational disruptions proactively. As part of a shared operations team, you will support flexible execution across markets and contribute to logistics projects, including new market setups and process rollouts.

Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.

You will combine hands-on execution with a strategic eye for efficiency by identifying process bottlenecks and driving continuous improvement initiatives. You will develop and maintain standardized workflows, SOPs, and best practices. Additionally, you will monitor KPIs, support root cause analysis for performance deviations, and contribute to automation, system improvements, and data quality enhancements.
