English Speaking Industrial Spray Painter

Wat je gaat doen As an industrial spray painter, you will contribute to the protection and preservation of metal products in our modern production facility in Wijchen. Your role is pivotal in ensuring the durability, appearance, and quality of our finished products. Working closely with a team of approximately 20 skilled colleagues, you will rely on your technical expertise, attention to detail, and commitment to quality to deliver outstanding results. This position requires a proactive attitude, a strong focus on precision, and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.

What You Will Do:

• Prepare: metal surfaces by cleaning and readying them for treatment and coating.
• Apply: high-quality protective coatings to achieve a durable and consistent finish.
• Inspect: finished products to ensure all specifications and quality standards are met.
• Maintain: spray painting equipment and tools to ensure they remain in excellent working condition.
• Collaborate: with colleagues to meet production targets and maintain a safe, efficient workplace.

Functie-eisen We are seeking a skilled Industrial Spray Painter with a proactive mindset and a commitment to quality and teamwork.

• Proven experience in metal conservation and grit/corundum blasting.
• Knowledge of the schoopering process is a strong advantage.
• Good communication skills in English or German; Dutch is a plus.
• Own accommodation and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to work in a two-shift schedule.
