Build and maintain deep knowledge of M&A, Deals, and Procure so you can position the companies value with confidence.
Connect the dots across the business
Act as the internal "Voice of Customer" with different LLMs helping you synthesise themes and feedback across conversations into clear signals for the Product team.
Collaborate internally with Marketing, Sales, other CSMs, and Support to align on account strategy and customer experience.Requirements
- Fluency in German and English is a must! (additional European languages are a plus).
- 2+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar role in tech or SaaS.
- Background in financial services, investment banking, legal, or corporate finance is a strong advantage.
- Proven track record of growing and retaining accounts.
- Confident communicator at all levels, both junior users to executive stakeholders.
- Experience with CRM systems and a data-driven approach to relationship management.
- AI fluency: You use LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) daily for work. Think of account prep, customer comms, QBR builds, and portfolio analysis.
- The candidate must already be living in the Netherlands. Bonus if you live in the Amsterdam region.
- The candidate must hold unrestricted working rights in the Netherlands. The company can not support with relocation and immigration.
