You will step into a dynamic, international role where you elevate the performance of our retail partners. In this position, you will travel regularly and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.
You organize outstanding dealer events and build strong relationships across Europe and China. Together with your colleagues in Sales and Marketing, you will take full ownership of dealer events-such as conferences, brand activations, test drives, factory tours, and our annual Dealer Awards Program. You will independently manage suppliers, negotiate commercial contracts, control budgets, and ensure flawless execution. In addition, you will develop and roll out performance dashboards to keep our network aligned and optimized.
You are a true connector with bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese. With at least five years of experience in the automotive sector (OEM network development or retail operations), you understand how franchised dealer networks operate. You leverage your dual-market experience (China & Europe) to bridge cultural and operational gaps, and you are recognized as the go-to person for dealer communication and event execution.

- Bachelor's degree level of working and thinking;
- At least 5 years of experience in automotive OEM network development, dealer management, or retail operations;
- Fluent in both English and Chinese (written and spoken) - essential for EU and HQ communication;
- Proven experience independently managing large-scale dealer events;
- Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint (experience with BI tools is a plus);
- Excellent negotiation and contract management skills.
