To support several longterm maintenance projects on site at a client in the region of Leuven, we are urgently searching for 2 JUNIOR MAINTENANCE ENGINEERS.

Our OTS (Outsourced Technical Services) department supports projects in different sectors on basis of project staffing with consultants working at the client’s site.
Responsibilities
The assignment
- Analyse maintenance and failure data (MTBF, MTTR, OEE).
- Develop, draft and adjust maintenance strategies (preventive, predictive, RCM).
- Safeguard the continuity and quality of the maintenance process.
- Identify and implement performance improvements for utility installations.
- Create lists of critical spare parts.
- Provide support for Root Cause Analyses (RCA) after breakdowns.
- Owner and executor of MOCs.
- Act as the technical point of contact for modifications or renewals of installations.
- Contribute to tenders and supplier selection for maintenance services.
- Document technical standards/instructions and optimise work processes.
- Collaborate with operational teams for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Required knowledge and skills
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in electromechanics, energy technology, or equivalent.
- Able to communicate fluently in Dutch (working language on the floor).
- Good command of English (reporting, communication with international colleagues).
- Experience in maintenance engineering within an industrial environment.
- Knowledge of utility systems (HVAC, water, compressed air, steam, electricity, sprinklers).
- Experience with RCM, RCA and performance management.
- Analytical and results-driven.
- Strong in collaboration and communication.
- Proactive, accurate and process-oriented.
- Knowledge of SAP PM is a plus.
