Maintenance Technician - Day Shift - Waalwijk (bol.com)

One of the largest E-commerce Fulfillment Centers in Europe is located in Waalwijk on behalf of bol.com. SSI SCHÄFER is responsible for the complete logistics setup here. To ensure the heart of the logistics system functions optimally, we are looking for a Maintenance Technician. On average, 40,000 packages are shipped per hour daily at bol.com. To optimally process the demand and diversity of the products, SSI SCHÄFER is setting up a smart and innovative intralogistics system. Around 2,000 shuttles run between the 30-meter-high racks, and there is over 40 kilometers of conveyor system. Will you be responsible for the maintenance of our shuttles? Read on and apply.

Over de functie

As a technician, you ensure that our shuttles work. The shuttles whiz through the racks collecting packages. Together with 3 driven colleagues, you take care of the maintenance of the flexi-shutters. Because the shuttles are the heart of the operation at BOL, you have an important task. Together with your colleagues, you ensure that the system keeps running and the shuttles run smoothly. In short, you ensure that all packages are sent to bol.com customers on time. Naturally, you will receive an extensive onboarding program to get to know the system and maintenance plan well.

• A (permanent) position at SSI SCHÄFER
• €3,000 - €3,600 per month based on 38 hours per week
• You work during the day shift, from Monday to Friday.
  
• Travel allowance €0.23 per kilometer (max. 50 km one-way)
• A job under the Metalektro CLA (27 vacation days, 13 ADV days, pension under the CLA)
