Overview
We currently have a requirement for a LOTO Coordinator (Electrical) for construction projects in Belgium. The successful candidate will be equally capable of working independently or as part of a larger team and will report directly to the Project Director.

Responsibilities
- Develop and manage LOTO plans for electrical systems
- Coordinate electrical isolation for maintenance and project activities
- Verify zero-energy states (electrical, stored electrical energy such as capacitors, UPS systems, etc.)
- Work with operations, maintenance, EHS, and contractors
- Ensure compliance with:
- OSHA / local electrical safety regulations
- GMP requirements
- Site SOPs and permit-to-work systems
- Maintain isolation registers and documentation
- Lead toolbox talks and electrical safety briefings
- Support shutdowns, turnarounds, energisation, and commissioning activities
- Audit contractor compliance with electrical LOTO and isolation procedures
Qualifications
- Degree educated or very strong trades' background
- At least 5 years' experience in the Construction Sector on live sites
- Significant LOTO and supervision experience
- Mission Critical or Life Science projects essential
- Excellent reporting and communication skills essential
