Production Operator | 3 shifts | from €17.13/hour + allowances

Wat je gaat doen Do you enjoy working with machines and making sure the production process runs smoothly? Then this operator position could be a great fit for you. You will work in a modern cheese factory in Leerdam. You make sure production continues and products are made according to the required quality standards.You operate machines, check the production process and take action when needed. You work together with colleagues from production and the warehouse. Everyone helps each other to work safely and efficiently. You receive clear instructions and work with well-maintained machines.You work in a fixed schedule:

• 1 week day shift: 07:00 to 15:00
• 1 week evening shift: 15:00 to 23:00 (Friday until 22:30)
• 1 week night shift: 23:00 to 07:00

Your tasks:

• Operating production and packaging machines.
• Checking the production process.
• Solving minor machine issues.
• Checking product quality.
• Recording production data in the system.
• Keeping your workplace clean and safe.
• Working together with colleagues to keep production running smoothly.

Wat we je bieden You can count on the following:

• An hourly wage of €17.78 to €19.49, depending on your experience.
• An average shift allowance of approximately 19%. This means you can earn up to around €3,600 gross per month.
• A temporary contract with the possibility of a permanent contract.
• A full-time position of 36 hours per week in a fixed 3-shift schedule.
• Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometre.
• 8.33% holiday allowance and a year-end bonus of 5%.
