As a Production Supervisor at Canpack, you will lead a team of Production Operators and Setters during your shift in our modern production facility. Together with your team, you ensure that production runs safely, efficiently and according to the highest quality standards.
As Production Supervisor, you are responsible for the daily operation of your production line. You lead by example, coach your team and ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining a safe and positive working environment.
Your responsibilities include:
- Leading, coaching and motivating a team of Production Operators and Setters;
- Planning and coordinating daily production activities;
- Monitoring production performance and tracking KPIs;
- Ensuring safe, efficient and high-quality production processes;
- Adjusting staffing and work schedules based on production requirements;
- Identifying training needs and supporting employee development;
- Providing feedback and contributing to the performance review cycle;
- Working closely with the Maintenance department to minimize downtime and quickly resolve machine breakdowns;
- Troubleshooting operational issues and driving continuous improvement initiatives;
- Ensuring compliance with safety, quality and operational procedures;
- Building a positive team culture focused on collaboration and results.
- A competitive gross monthly salary between €3,600 and €4,500, depending on your knowledge and experience;

You also have:
- At least 3 years of experience supervising a production team;
- Strong leadership and coaching skills;
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities;
- A proactive, hands-on and results-driven mindset;
- The ability to prioritize and perform well under pressure;
- Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with different departments;
- A passion for manufacturing and process improvement;
- A creative and solution-oriented approach to challenges;
- Willingness to work in a 5-shift schedule;
- Good command of the English language (minimum B1 level). Dutch is an advantage.
