Production worker daytime

Do you work with precision? And are you looking for a new challenge in production? We’re looking for a production worker for our client in Ittervoort. In this role, you’ll ensure that all ingredients are prepared correctly. In this department, you’ll work alongside several colleagues to prepare premium products. The ingredients for these products are weighed in advance and collected in larger containers. Once the weighing is complete, the ingredients are placed in large containers according to each recipe. The lids are then secured, and these containers are transported to the production department to ensure production runs smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include the following:

• Accurately weighing various ingredients;
• Recording weighed products in a list;
• Collecting various weighed products into collection bins.

This is an early morning shift position; you’ll start at 7:00 or 7:30, which means you’ll finish at 3:30 or 4:00. You’ll work Monday through Friday. 

A specialist in the field of pet food. You’ll be working in a clean, highly automated environment. The atmosphere on the work floor is informal and welcoming. Colleagues interact with one another in a friendly manner. The temperature in the work areas can vary from cold to warm. There are 70 employees working at the Ittervoort location.

The organization is easily accessible from Roermond, Weert, Venlo, Peel en Maas, Stein, and Sittard-Geleen. You can get to the site by car or public transportation. 

• You have a good command of Dutch or English; 
• You work with attention to detail.
• Do you know how to use Excel? That’s a big plus! If you have a forklift certification, that’s also a plus!

• A salary between €2.600,- and €3.190,- gross per month, depending on your knowledge and experience; 
• Year-end bonus of 6% on top of your hourly wage; 
• Travel allowance of €0.22 per kilometer (for distances of 10 kilometers or more);
• Pension contributions starting from day one (Stipp pension); 
• You’ll start with a contract through Olympia, with the intention of being hired directly by the client if you’re a good fit, with the prospect of permanent employment.
