Take the lead in a modern logistics environment as a Teamleader Warehouse in Helmond. In this role, you will manage a team of warehouse operators while ensuring that daily inbound and outbound processes run efficiently and safely. Your responsibilities include:

• Managing and coaching a team of approximately 15 warehouse operators
• Preparing work schedules and coordinating personnel and warehouse planning
• Monitoring KPIs and departmental objectives
• Recruiting, onboarding and training new employees
• Participating in meetings related to safety, quality, productivity and staffing
• Maintaining workplace organization according to the 5S methodology
• Monitoring operational performance and maintaining performance records
• Leading daily team meetings
• Supporting the development of warehouse operators and multi-skilled employees
• Ensuring safety remains the highest priority at all times
