Wat je gaat doen As an Industrial Blaster, you play an important role in the finishing process of stainless steel components. You will mainly work in a blast cabinet, ensuring every product receives the correct surface treatment and meets the highest quality standards.Your responsibilities include:

• Blasting stainless steel components in a blast cabinet to achieve the required surface finish;
• Assessing which surface treatment is required for each product;
• Registering completed products and applying the correct labels;
• Working according to quality standards and safety procedures;
• Performing quality checks to ensure products meet customer specifications.

This is a varied and independent position within the finishing department of an international market leader, where your work has a direct impact on the quality of the final product.You will work in a 2-shift schedule:

• Monday to Thursday: 06:00 – 15:00 or 15:00 – 00:00
• Friday: 06:00 – 13:30 or 13:30 – 18:30

• Are available full-time and willing to work in a 2-shift schedule;
• Can start on short notice;
• Have experience in metalworking or surface treatment, preferably blasting, shot blasting, sandblasting or similar finishing processes;
• Are physically fit and able to work independently;
• Have a strong work ethic, are reliable and quality-minded;
• A VCA certificate and forklift certificate are considered an advantage.
