Forklift Driver Day Shift

Wat je gaat doen As a Forklift Driver at GEODIS, you play a key role in keeping the warehouse running efficiently. You will be responsible for safely transporting goods throughout the warehouse while ensuring all logistics processes run smoothly. Most of your working day will be spent operating a forklift, but you will also support your colleagues with other warehouse tasks whenever needed. You'll work in an international environment where safety, quality, and teamwork are top priorities.

Your responsibilities include:

• Loading and unloading trucks using a forklift.
• Transporting and storing pallets in the correct warehouse locations.
• Moving goods throughout the warehouse.
• Checking incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Assisting with order picking, packing, and other warehouse tasks when required.
• Following all health and safety procedures.
• Working together with your team to achieve daily operational targets.

• Gross hourly salary between €14.99 and €16.20, depending on your experience.
• Guaranteed full-time hours.
• Temporary contract with the prospect of a permanent position.
• Fixed day shifts from 09:00 to 18:00. Once every three weeks, you will work an early shift from 07:30 to 18:00.
• Travel allowance of €0.25 per kilometre, up to €12.50 per day.

Functie-eisen You are an experienced forklift driver who values safety and enjoys working as part of a team.

• You hold a valid forklift certificate.
• You have proven experience operating a forklift.
• You are willing to perform additional warehouse tasks alongside forklift driving.
• You are physically fit and work accurately.
• You are able to obtain a Certificate of Conduct (VOG).
• You are available to work day shifts from 09:00 to 18:00 and are willing to start at 07:30 once every three weeks.
• You speak Dutch, English, or German.
