As a Senior Crossdock Employee, you play a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of the transit warehouse. You bring your experience and take responsibility for smooth, safe, and efficient crossdock processes. You are the go-to person for your colleagues and support the team with your knowledge and skills, always keeping an eye on quality and productivity.

Your day starts with a team briefing, after which you coordinate and actively participate in loading and unloading trucks. You help organize warehouse tasks and make sure every step is done according to procedures and safety rules. You also handle administrative duties such as reviewing loading and unloading lists, and you are alert to any deviations or unsafe situations.

• MBO working and thinking level
• At least 2 years of experience in a warehouse or crossdock environment
• Experience in a coordinating role is an advantage
• Fluent in Dutch or English
• Willing to work in a 3-shift system
• In possession of a forklift certificate
• You are stress-resistant, precise, and have good communication skills
• Ambition to grow into a team leader role

• Salary between €2800 and €3200 per month, depending on experience
• 40 hours per week in 3 shifts
