As an Assistant Team Leader, you lead a team of 10 to 20 colleagues and help keep the production process running smoothly and efficiently. You work alongside your team in the daily processing of tomato seeds, giving you a varied role with plenty of responsibility.
Your tasks include:
- Leading and supporting a team of 10 to 20 colleagues during the daily production process
- Removing seeds from tomatoes
- Rinsing the seeds using different chemicals with great care and precision
- Drying the seeds in industrial drying ovens
- Rubbing the seeds by hand and packing and weighing them for shipment
