Assistant Operator

Functieomschrijving:
As an assistant operator, you support the production lines during your shift. You make sure materials are ready, help with line preparation and keep the workplace clean and structured. In general, your tasks are:

• Supporting operators with daily production tasks.
• Supplying materials to the production lines.
• Helping with line preparation, set-ups and changeovers.
• Supporting close-down and cleaning activities.
• Carrying out tasks according to clear instructions.
• Keeping the workplace safe, clean and organised.
• Helping with shift handovers and team coordination.
• Supporting different lines and tasks when needed.

Functievereisten:
This role is mainly about motivation, reliability and wanting to learn. You do not need production experience to get started, but you do need to work carefully and follow instructions. You match this role if you have:

• Motivation to learn and develop in a production environment.
• Good English communication skills.
• Willingness to work in 2, 3 or 5 shifts.
• Able to follow clear instructions accurately.
• Flexible attitude and willing to support different tasks.
• Reliable way of working and a strong work ethic.
• Team-minded attitude and clear communication.
• Experience in pharma, food or another clean production environment is a plus.

• Salary between €3.100,- and €3.500,- gross per month.
