Production Employee Aalberts

As a Production Employee at Aalberts Almere, you will contribute to the production of high-quality metal components. You play an important role in assembling, mounting, and inspecting products while working with modern machines and clear work instructions. With your technical insight and attention to detail, you help ensure a smooth production process and a safe working environment.

What You Will Do:

• Assembling: Assemble components and products according to work instructions.
• Operating: Set up and operate machines to support the production process.
• Inspecting: Check products for quality and functionality and report any deviations.
• Packaging: Prepare products for shipment according to the required standards.
• Improving: Contribute ideas for process improvements and help maintain a safe workplace.
• Work flexible in a 2-shift schedule.

Shift Times:

Morning shift: 06:00 – 15:00 (Friday until 12:00)

Afternoon shift: 15:00 – 00:00 (Friday until 18:00)

Nigtshifts prefered: 00:00-06:00

• Salary of €3,300 gross per month
• Temporary contract with the prospect of a permanent position.
• Flexible position up to 40 hours per week in a 2-shift schedule.

• Being immediately available and for night shifts is preferred.
• Having your own transportation to the work location is required.
