Als onze Transport Coördinator Last Mile is je hoofddoel het garanderen van efficiënte, duurzame, kosteneffectieve en tijdige B2C e-commerce leveringen. Je levert een directe bijdrage aan een naadloze ervaring voor de klant na de aankoop, het verhogen van de klantloyaliteit (NPS) en het optimaliseren van het bedrijfsresultaat. Je overziet de laatste en meest cruciale stap van onze supply chain: het bezorgen van onze passie voor sport tot aan de voordeur van de klant.

Jouw rol

1. Uitvoering van de Last Mile Transportstrategie

• Implementeren en uitvoeren van de regionale last-mile transportstrategie, in strikte overeenstemming met de geldende transportwet- en regelgeving.

• Mede-leiden van regionale tenders en commerciële onderhandelingen met transportpartners, ondersteund door de Indirect Purchase-teams.

• Beheren van Service Level Agreements (SLA's) en contracten met vervoerders.

• Bewaken van het transportbudget om de financiële doelstellingen van de organisatie te behalen.

• Identificeren van duurzame transportoplossingen (zoals het verminderen van CO2 per bestelling) en het uitbreiden van innovatieve netwerken (zoals afhaalpunten en pakketkluizen).

2. Coördinatie van de Dagelijkse Transportoperatie

• Dagelijks afstemmen van de transportactiviteiten met de orderverwerking in het distributiecentrum en de bredere supply chain.

• Opstellen en communiceren van nauwkeurige volumevoorspellingen (forecasts) naar de verzendlocaties en het proactief beheren van de capaciteit bij vervoerders.

• Optimaliseren van verzendmethoden door de perfecte balans te vinden tussen kosten, levertijd en klantverwachtingen.

• Monitoren van de status van zendingen via Trackbox en datasystemen; proactief implementeren van Business Continuity Plannen (BCP) bij eventuele operationele verstoringen.

• Beheren van de retourlogistiek en de bijbehorende transportprocessen.

• Controleren en goedkeuren van facturen van vervoerders en zorgdragen voor de maandelijkse financiële afsluiting.

3. Klanttevredenheid & Continu Verbeteren

• Monitoren van de belangrijkste prestatie-indicatoren (KPI's) van leveringen (zoals Carrier on Time, Handover on Time en Delivery Lead Times).

• Analyseren van klantenservice-escalaties en klanttevredenheidsdata na levering (LTNPS) om prestatieverbeteringen door te voeren.

• Organiseren van regelmatige Quality Management Reviews (QMR) met vervoerders om de prestaties continu naar een hoger niveau te tillen.

• Beheren van het schade- en claimproces voor beschadigde of verloren gegane zendingen.

Wat vragen wij van jou?

• Een passie voor sport!

• Aantoonbare ervaring binnen Supply Chain, Transport & Logistiek management, of het end-to-end beheer van e-commerce processen.

• Vloeiende beheersing van het Engels (minimaal B2-niveau) is vereist; beheersing van de Nederlandse taal is een sterke pré.

• Een diepgaand begrip van de dynamiek binnen e-commerce retail, het ontwikkelen van een transportnetwerk en kostencalculaties

• Ervaring met de uitvoering en operationele excellentie van transportprocessen.

  Ervaring met het sturen op transportmetrieken (kosten per bestelling, CO2-uitstoot, schade- en verliespercentages).

• Sterk cijfermatig inzicht en ervaring met het werken met operationele tracking- en datasystemen.
