Production Employee

Production Employee in Breda with good pay, clear training and different shift options? In this role, you support several production lines and help make sure materials, workstations and tasks are ready on time. You do not need to know everything from day one. Functieomschrijving:
As a Production Employee, you support the production lines during your shift. You help prepare materials, keep the line organised and make sure every task is carried out accurately. The work is structured, clean and procedure-driven. In general, your tasks are:

• Supporting production lines with standard operational tasks.
• Supplying materials and preparing work areas for production.
• Helping with line set-ups, changeovers and close-down activities.
• Working according to GMP guidelines and fixed procedures.
• Keeping your workplace clean, safe and organised.
• Supporting clear handovers between shifts.
• Working across different lines and helping where needed.
• Communicating with colleagues to keep the process running smoothly.

Functievereisten:
This role is a good fit for someone who likes practical work and wants to learn in a structured production environment. Experience is useful, but motivation, reliability and accuracy are more important. You match this role if you have:

• Experience in production is a plus, but not required.
• You like working with clear rules and fixed procedures.
• You are flexible and willing to support different lines and tasks.
• You work accurately and take responsibility for your work.
• You speak English well.
• You are willing to work in 2, 3 or 5 shifts.
• You do not mind working in a clean and highly structured environment.

Arbeidsvoorwaarden:
You will start in a professional production environment where you receive clear training and support. The conditions are strong, especially if you are open to shift work and want to develop yourself further.

• Starting salary between €3.100,- and €3.500,- gross per month including shift allowance.
• Salary depends on the shift schedule you work in.
• Travel allowance of €0.29 per kilometre.
