Crossdock Operator

As a Crossdock Operator, you play a key role in the logistics process. You ensure trucks are efficiently loaded and unloaded, goods are scanned, and shipments are prepared for transport. Working closely with your colleagues, you keep the flow of goods running smoothly and accurately. This position is hands-on and set in a modern crossdock environment where every day brings something new.

Your day starts with a team meeting to align on the day's priorities. You'll unload incoming trucks, check goods for quantities and damage, and scan everything carefully. Pallets ready for shipment are moved by forklift to the correct location. You'll complete pallet forms and freight documents, helping to keep the warehouse neat and organized with your team. With a 3-shift rotation, your work hours vary, making you part of a dynamic and supportive team.

• Experience as a warehouse or logistics worker
• Minimum VMBO or MBO working and thinking level
• Willingness to work in a 3-shift rotation
• Good communication in Dutch or English
• Accurate and hands-on work mentality
• Valid forklift certificate is a plus

• Starting salary from €15 per hour, based on experience
• Shift allowances on top of your salary
• Full-time position (40 hours per week)
