Payroll Management (Main Focus)
- Coordinate payroll processes with external payroll agencies across different countries to ensure accurate and timely payroll administration.
- Serve as the main point of contact for payroll-related matters.
- Handle payroll-related questions and resolve discrepancies where necessary.
- Administer employee pension schemes and insurance programs.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and provide employees with guidance on pension and insurance-related matters.
- Act as a point of contact for employee questions and concerns.
- Handle employee relations matters, including grievances and disciplinary cases in a fair and consistent manner.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and regulations.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.
- Maintain and manage HR data while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Safeguard data integrity and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
- Support recruitment activities, including posting vacancies, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating the hiring process.
- Organize and conduct onboarding activities to ensure a smooth and positive onboarding experience for new employees.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- 0–3 years of HR experience, preferably within an international environment, with a strong interest in or focus on payroll. Recent HR graduates with a keen interest in payroll are also encouraged to apply.
- Solid understanding of HR operations and administrative processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
- Fluent in Dutch (minimum B2 level) and English, both written and spoken.
- Highly accurate and detail-oriented, with a strong focus on quality and correctness.
- Able to effectively manage multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines simultaneously.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships across the organization.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Capable of working independently while also thriving in a collaborative team environment.
- A true people person with a hands-on and service-oriented mindset.
- Able to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.
- Full time availability (40 hours per week).
